Question 1

Do you sell prescription medicines online?

Accepted Answer

No. This store carries cosmetics, dermocosmetics, supplements, baby care, oral care, medical devices and first-aid supplies only. Nothing we sell needs a prescription, and we do not sell prescription medicine.

Question 2

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery, or online with Whish. Pay the driver when the order arrives, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds, or choose Pay with Whish at checkout to pay from your Whish wallet before delivery. We do not accept card payments.

Question 3

Which exchange rate do you use?

Accepted Answer

One rate we set and show in the store. The rate is locked onto your order the moment you place it, so the amount you owe never changes afterwards, even if the rate is updated later.

Question 4

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No. You can check out as a guest with just your name, phone number and address. An account only saves your addresses and lets you see your past orders and wishlist.

Question 5

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery time depends on your area, and the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Question 6

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Open the Track order page and enter your order number together with the phone number you ordered with. You will see the current status and its history.

Question 7

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 7 days, as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Opened cosmetics, opened supplements and used devices cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Question 8

Are your products genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every brand we carry is sourced through its authorised distributor in Lebanon, and the batch and expiry are checked before dispatch.
